Ms. Kornreich-Cohen specializes in civil-commercial law, rehabilitation of companies, company restructuring law and mortgage and guarantees law.  Prior to joining the form, she served as a consultant to the Israeli Ministry of Justice's legislation department in the fields of company, re-organization and security law.


Ms. Kornreich-Cohen was formerly a lecturer of Tort law in the law faculty of the Hebrew University and a member of the faculty's law review editorial board.  She also lectures on reorganization of companies in financial difficulties at the law faculty of the College of Management Academic Studies and previously at the law faculty of Haifa University.


Ms. Kornreich-Cohen served as a law clerk in the Supreme Court (with Hon Chief Justice Meir Shamgar) and was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, a major New York law firm. She is a member of both the Israel and New York Bars.


Ms. Kornreich-Cohen holds an LL.B (magna cum laude) from the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LL.M from New York University, specializing in Insolvency Law and Commercial Law, and has completed a mediation course at the David Roth Levy Institute for Mediation of the Israel Bar Association.
