Mr. Gal-On specializes in finding creative and unique legal solutions for his clients’ complex administrative challenges. He combines extensive and in-depth familiarity with government at the highest level, with a profound understanding of the requirements and needs of the private sector. Mr. Gal-On’s expertise encompasses an extensive range of legal areas covering planning and zoning, expropriation, municipal law, tenders, real estate law, business licensing and litigation.

Mr. Gal-On has served in a number of key public positions, notably as legal counsel for the Jerusalem Regional Committee for Planning and Zoning and as an external Legal Counsel to the Israeli Parliament (the Knesset) on matters related to planning and zoning. He currently serves as the Legal Counsel for the Shoham Local Council, the Shoham Economic Company and the Givatayim Local Committee for Planning and Zoning.

Mr. Gal-On acted as Senior Lecturer on planning and zoning law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and at the Kiryat Ono Academic College. He is frequently invited to lecture within the framework of professional education for senior officers of local government.

During his internship Mr. Gal-On served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court judge (Hon. Judge Moshe Beiski). He subsequently interned at Kantor, Elhannani, Tal & Co.
